The Commissioning Integration is to carry out all commissioning tests in accordance with the MSS and MGW Commissioning Procedure, using the MSS and MGW User Manual and other approved reference material. Customer-specific parameters are to be used where applicable.

A signed Certificate of Completion for the installation work must be included in the Site Folder, certifying that the installation work has been completed to the required standard.

The Managed Commissioning Supervision is responsible for :

1. Installation quality
2. Commissioning the IP, MSS, MGW, BSC, RNC, BTS, Node B, Microwave system in preparation for integration.
3. Completion of punch checklist, including signature and date.
4. Completion of Site Deficiency Reports.
5. Completion of Fault Reports.
6. Work report and escalation flow to the Site Manager
7. Completion of the Certificate of Completion and Site Folder

The IP MSS MGW, BSC, RNC, BTS, Node B, Microwave Integration Supervision is to carry out all integration
tests in accordance with the User Manual and other approved Integration Procedure.

The Integration Supervision is to ensure that a signed Certificate of Completion is been commissioned and is ready for Integration.

The Managed Integration Supervision is responsible for:

1. Clearing any Installation/Commissioning problems, faults or deficiencies.
2. Familiarization with current Technical Notes.
3. Checking that Site Folder documentation is complete.
4. Completing this checklist including signature and date.
5. Completing the necessary Site Deficiency Reports.
6. Completing the necessary Fault Reports.
7. Informing the Site Manager of work progress, including any problems as they arise.
8. Completing the Certificate of Completion and placing it in the Site Folder.
